Meridian Therapy

There are now a number of various energy healing techniques under the heading of Meridian therapy. These processes include TFT (thought field therapy) EFT (emotional freedom technique) BSFF (be set free fast) and TAT (tapas acupressure technique).

These may be used on their own or combined with each other and hypnosis. Meridian therapy involves either light tapping or rubbing various acupressure points on the meridian energy system within the body. These actions on the body while holding the focus of attention of the mind on the problem help to release the blocked energy or ( Chi ) so enabling it to flow freely. When this happens the issue or ailment often reduces or is eliminated completely.

As Gary Craig the originator of EFT says in his discovery statement that “the cause of all negative emotions is a disruption in the body’s energy system”.

Any of the meridian therapies are quick and easy to learn and apply to any situation it also has a wonderful side affect of bringing about a state of relaxation.
