Hypnotherapy - How does it work?

The unconscious mind is the source of many of our problems and self image. Our beliefs, habits and behaviour are stored as information of images in the subcoscious mind. The subconscious is a tremendous reservoir of all our strengths and knowledge. Hypnosis, used as a tool to gain access to this reservoir, enables us to unleash our potential to change unwanted habits and behaviours finding solutions to problems and concerns.

Nobody can be hypnotised against their will and when hypnotised still remain in complete control of any suggestion given.

The whole object of clinical Hypnotherapy is to give the patient the control which has been lost, resulting in the unwanted symptoms.

It is estimated that approximately 85% of people will readily respond to clinical Hypnotherapy, often more successful than when other methods have failed.
